Treatment of tax free redundancy payment of subsequently rehired?

Hello
Quick one, the organisation that made my role redundant 8 months ago is potentially looking to rehire me as a contractor in a different role.
From HMRCs perspective, could this have any impact on the tax free redundancy settlement that I previously received from them?
Thanks

Thank you!
Interesting though as you might think that it would open up a loophole for employers/employees to collude to avoid tax through rinse and repeat redundancy and rehire situations...0 -
It's you who is "avoiding" tax, not the employer. And the loss of all your employment rights isn't worth colluding over!0
