Spent 3 days in Riga, Latvia last year.
Did tobogganing on a proper olympic run and went shooting with machine guns and magnums, the beer and food is cheap and it was only £320 each.
There was 11 of us ranging from 27 to 51 all drinking and we spent about £150 each.

I've done a couple in Prague (Including a 5 day one!)

Fantastic location, loads to do (including the gun experiences mentioned above) beautiful city, lots of cultural things too, fantastic and cheap beer, lovely bars, easy flights good honest food.

Been back a few times since on non stag events too. 👍

Keep it cheap! It's a real bind when you're invited on a stag do for someone you care about, but it's £50 for a hotel, £20 for a club, £40 in the drinks kitty (which then gets spanked on expensive shots by someone), etc. Going to weddings is expensive enough with travel, hotels, suits, etc., without the stag do being a crippler too.

At the very least, provide low-cost options so the city boys don't set the pace thinking nothing of spending £200+ which is a months rent to someone else.

Paintball is surprisingly cost-effective - forget the guys with high street stalls, talk directly to actual site operators and the price can be much lower. People get maybe 200 free shots but can buy more according to their budget etc. Lunch is often basic, but included and hearty. It's as physical as you want it to be. Quite likely you'll be one stag party against another, so great for bonding as a team.

If you want the groom to go to a 'specialist, adult' venue, make it an add-on at the end of the night and provide people who find it overpriced/distasteful/etc with an easy break point to still be able to catch a train/bus home with no feeling of obligation.

Nightclubs are overrated for multi-age stag parties - the music only ever suits a few people, they're loud and isolating, the beer's usually awful and overpriced.

It's an impossible task, a poisoned chalice, you can only ever get it wrong, but with a bit of consideration you can include as many as possible at one or other stage. And the purpose of the stag do is for strangers to bond so on the wedding day things run smoothly and everyone knows each other a bit, and the ushers all know the best man, etc.

    Done 3 so far

A weekend in Nottingham, day at the races and 2 nights going from pub to pub drinking.

1 in Magaluf again did the drinking in pubs a clubs, a boat trip out into the Med.

1 in Majorca, a usual night checking out the various pubs/clubs etc. Saw the Pirates Reloaded show 1 night.

Can't remember the costs for them but I know they were each under 300pp maybe even 250.

I organised a stag which was a couple of weeks ago,

We went to Amsterdam for 2 nights, was around £450 each all in.

Drinking wise we found some fun places to go, an Arcade Bar called Ton Ton was good fun.
We played a room escape game called Sherlocked where you had to break into a vault (would highly recommend room escape games!)
We took a beer bike around the place, which was good fun too.
And then on the Sunday we went Snowboarding at SnowWorld nearby.

I would highly recommend a room escape puzzle game wherever you go, there's plenty around Europe.

Not a stag night i went on, but one i found funny.
When i was working on the Cabs, late one Saturday night a guy jumped out of the bushes as i drove past, he was stark naked. I was hesitant whether to stop but he looked safe, he asked me to take him home, only about a mile away. It was his stag night, after being out in town all his mates had stripped himand kicked him out of the Taxi. As we were driving i thought, if he hasn't got clothes, he hasn't got pockets. So i asked if he had any money, he hadn't but said he'd get it. So in the early hours of Saturday / Sunday night this poor guy is knocking on the door, after what seemed an age, his Mum got up out of bed and opened the door. He had to stand there holding his plums explaining what had happend.
