Just checked the Roses tin that we got on the Tesco deal last Christmas (2 for £10?) and it is 2.13kg (we use it for crayons), so these are quite a bit smaller - but still good value, I think and ideal for presents. The Roses are the best value because they are the heaviest.
  • I saw these in Tesco, makes me feel christmas is not faraway now and I have 1st baby on the way due Bonfire Night!

Excellent, thanks for this as I have just been trying to hunt for Roses tins to send to Oz in time for Christmas.

I tried to send some Quality Street by post to Spain last year, the postage price was extortionate - way more than the chocolates cost themselves. Have you found a way round this? Or is it for some strange reason cheaper to Oz than Spain?

  • If there is anyone out there who only wants to buy one tin of quality street, I saw them on offer in my local Somerfield this morning for £5.99/tin.
  • Does anyone know the weight of the ones on sale in tescos for 2 for £10. Seen the 1.3kg for £7.99 each in Morrisons just now.

    Shopping online??

Spend £50 BEFORE multisave discount comes off and if you put xx-zk6m into the checkout you'll also get 1000 extra clubcard points (worth £40 if you spend it on clubcard deals!)

That means that you can get 6 tins of quality street for £27 (plus about £4 for delivery) AND you can have the 1000 points too.
