Quality Street

Hi there

Just come back from Tesco and they are selling Quality Street 9.99 for a large tin or 2 large tins for 9.00.

They are also selling Roses, Celebrations etc.

Great for buying now and saving for Christmas (not in my house Mind):j

Hi I think they mean in-store as well, well that's what I understand I'll be snooping around later to see if this offer is for real! :j

This is a good offer if you want the sweets for now. But I wouldn't buy them now if you want to save them for Christmas as closer to Christmas virtually every supermarket will have some mad offer on the chocolate tins to entice the buyer into their stores.

If you don't have the willpower not to eat them before xmas, I'd say hang fire.
As Bucky has said, there will inevitably be offers on these big tins of sweets on the run up to Xmas - supermarkets are usually packed to the rafters and selling them for around a fiver (I haven't done a forum search, but I'm sure there'll be threads from last Xmas with loads of offers from various stores).

In years gone by, they tend to have massive displays of them by the door and there's always loads left to sell off after Xmas (they must deliberately over-buy for some reason) !!
