Opening a Santander mini 123 account

My daughter will be 13 in August and she would like to open a mini 123 account (for 11-18 year olds). I have been trying to help her through the online application process but, as she isn't a current Santander customer (we have a 123 account, but she doesn't) it mentions that she will need "up to two forms of identification (if you are a new customer).". What forms of acceptable ID does a 12/13 year old have? I suppose her birth certificate could be one but I can't think of any others. I couldn't see any link to help telling you what Santander would accept, but maybe I just missed it.

Has anyone on here managed to successfully open one of these accounts?

Cheers

    From the Santander ID requirements:-

If you are under 18 and are unable to provide any
of the items listed overleaf then you can provide
    one of the following documents:
    Birth certificate.
    NHS medical card.
    Adoption certificate.
    Young person’s PASS card.

Plus a separate item from the following
    documents:
    NHS medical card.
Parents ID document from List 2.
    Confirmation from your work/school/
    college/university/care institution
confirming your name, address and details
    of employment/student/residence status
issued within the last 12 months.
