Friend buys car, can she pull out?

Friend asked me to get some second opinion on this.
She's just bought a car online from a dealer (paid via bank transfer £5000) unfortunately her land lord has just evicted her now has no where to keep the said car.
She's penned an extremely sorry letter - what are her rights? She's signed nothing by the way and hasn't even been to the dealership yet.
It's an extremely embarrassing situation.
Thanks
There is a couple hundreds thousand miles of road in the UK and your friend can't find anywhere to park a car? :rotfl:0 -

What consumer rights does the OP's friend have in these circumstances then? She's paid for a car she no longer wants. There is nothing wrong with the car so what consumer rights law does she rely on to get the refund then?0 -

The landlord has either just served her notice, or... she already had notice which has just now matured.
Is there no way she can come and live with you?0 -
Please keep up. As already mentioned that would be the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCRs), specifically with regards to the right to cancel a distance contract.straighttalker wrote: »What consumer rights does the OP's friend have in these circumstances then?
