How the winner will be selected
10. A winner will be chosen from all qualifying entries by random draw performed by a computer process. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Prize
11. There is only one prize for the winner. There are no runners-up prizes.
12. The prize is two (2) return flights between London Luton Airport and San Sebasti!n airport, up to 15 days complimentary Priority Parking at London Luton Airport and two (2) priority security lane passes for use on departure at London Luton Airport (all subject to availability) as further described below.
13. The prize includes return flights provided by Air Nostrum with one (1) piece of standard hold baggage per person. Hold baggage weight and size requirements can be found on the Air Nostrum website . Hand baggage may be taken into the cabin free of charge. Cabin baggage weight and size restrictions and security requirements can be found on the Air Nostrum website.
14. The flights must be booked directly with Air Nostrum.
15. Flights are subject to availability and the date of travel must be between 26th July 2016 to 1st September 2016, the latest return date is the 1st September 2016.
6. The prize includes the cost of parking for the chosen period only. Any overstays will be charged at the usual day rate. No cash payments will be made for understays.
17. The flights, car parking and priority security lane passes must be booked within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified by the Promoter. The dates of departure and return flight must be before 1st September 2016.
18. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
19. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the trip in question between the dates specified.
20. Each element of the prize (flights, car parking and priority security lane passes, etc.) is strictly subject to availability and booking terms. Availability cannot be guaranteed on any particular dates, and there is no availability during school holidays.
21. In respect of the flights, the winner agrees to be bound by Air Nostrum’s terms and conditions, available on http://www.airnostrum.es/home.asp?idioma=2, and in respect of the car parking and security passes, the winner agrees to be bound by London Luton Airport’s terms and conditions, available on https://www.london-luton.co.uk. They permit changes to the chosen date of booking in certain circumstances. The winner will have to pay any administration or other charges to changes made to any booking.
22. The prize (or part of it) may change at any time and without notice. The prize must be accepted as offered and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. Winner notification
23. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 17:00 on Friday 8th July 2016 together with details of how to redeem the prize.
24. The name of the winner will be made available on London Luton Airport’s website https://www.london-luton.co.uk within two (2) weeks of the Closing Date.

Is it just me (I am most probably missing something!), or are the only valid dates in the school holidays (26/7-01/9), yet a few paragraphs down, it says not valid in school holidays?
