What do the users of the systems think.
if the time line of the plan makes it a done deal(can't go back the old system support is gone) make sure they know.0 -
If they really do have problems with your flexible working, they really don't realise what they would be getting into with contractors. To be truly contractors, they have the right to work when they want, up and leave when they want, and if they all go on holiday at the same time there is nothing to be done!0
