Cooker keeps tripping main fuse switch

Hi,

I bought a cooker online at My Appliances last May
All was well until the bottom over kept tripping the main fuse box.

I reported it as it was still under warrenty, so they sent out an engineer. He couldn't find anything wrong. He put in new element but still it kept happening. They sent him again and he put in new switch and new cut out.
Was fine for a couple of months but now doing it again.

I have asked company for new cooker as this one is beyond trust.

I don't believe you should be scared of using your own cooker and I believe it's faulty. They say the engineer says it's fine and they will not renew.

What can I do?

I suspect you may have other electrical problems not linked to the operation of your cooker.

Call out a qualified electrician to inspect your electrical set-up. If he finds no fault, then you may be able to proceed further with the "faulty" cooker.
