No apology forthcoming. Most people take supplements as a precaution, as am I and, I assume, the OP.

Can't see why vitamins etc in their original packaging should cause any problems.
Agree that while out of the country, it's worth trying the local fresh fruit & veg just for the fun of it! Could be the start of a whole new cuisine!

Not when you have Crohn's Disease unless you're staying very near the toilet just in case :rotfl:
That's why I take supplements as my body doesn't always absorb nutrients from food properly on the way through.Here I go again on my own....0
