Hi OP.
You would be covered. As this is an 'escape of water' claim, you will have a £350 excess to pay. Note this will only cover you for the resultant water damage, and not the cost of repairing the leak itself which you should get dealt with ASAP.
Churchill will only cover you for what is damaged, so if there are undamaged tiles, Churchill won't cover the cost to replace those, but will offer 50% for the undamaged tiles, as neither of the Churchill policies cover undamaged items to buildings.
Although the policy is only 2 months old, if you've had insurance elsewhere previously then there won't be any issues. If you've never had home insurance before, they may look into your claim / policy briefly.
You do need to call them ASAP as they will send out a company to see if the property requires drying in the first instance. They may then appoint a loss adjuster to deal with the claim.0
