Help- refund of online purchase

Advice- Rotita site advertised free worldwide shipping although I ended up paying £4 ish not an issue. Recd goods , very poor quality. They now claim refunds are max 15% of value of goods due to 40% shipping costs! Suggest I sell privately- goods are so bad I'd be embarrassed to sell! They are not budging, I've asked to see where it states that. Email corresp only, seem to be overseas. Help please

T&Cs say you can get an exchange if faulty (which I assume you do not want) or can return at your own expense
