Start by picking tge exact destinations you want to go to, ie is it just the capital of each country or multiple locations. Then read up on each place and decide how long you wish to spend there excluding travelling. That will start to give you an itinerary that people can work with.

You've said you are happy to hire a car. What standard of accommodation are you willing to accept (hostel, cheap room in someone's house, basic hotel or decent hotels)? Is minimising your travel time with flights and fast trains worth the price or are you prepared to go on coaches and indirect routes for cheaper costs?
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!
  • Hotels and local trains. A train goes from Lucerene to Mount titlis . It can be covered in one day.

I am saving money from my work and now all my office friends will be working on their own website. We are making this website by the name Babynology from last 8 months . If it will be completed i will travel all around world . Thank you take care.
Did you start this thread just to advertise your website?

If so, it's against the rules of MSE.

From your vague replies to questions and apparent complete lack of planning for a big holiday, I suspect this is true:
