ESA first payment

Hi. New to the forum but basically my Mum got a letter for me about my ESA (she is my appointee/power of attorney) on the 8th June 2016 I believe (from what's dated on the letter - but I think it was the 14th June that she received it).
It says:
"I am pleased to tell you we can pay Employment and Support Alloance from 7 June 2016.
You will get £57.90 a week.
We have used the tax years ending 5 April 2014 and 5 April 2015 to assess your claim.
We cannot pay Employment and Support Allowance for the first 7 days of your claim. Ask us if you want to know more about this.
We will credit you with National Insurance Contributions while claiming Employment and Support Allowance."
That was around about what is on the first page.
Now I understand about the not being able to pay for the first 7 days, which I totally understand and I only sent my sick note in last Thursday I believe (So the 16th?)
On the last page it says the following:
Your living expenses £57.90
Which gives a total income-related amount £57.90
Income and Benefits
No income will be taken off your Employment and Support Allowance
Your income-related amount is £57.90 less total income of £0.00
So your income-related entitlement is £57.90
The amounts on this page apply from 14th June 2016."
The thing is, my Mum rang up on two occasions between Monday and Thursday.
The first person who spoke to her said I would be getting £57.90 on my first payment and then every two weeks after that I'd be getting £115.80. But then the second time she rang up to see if they had got my sick note, the guy said to her that I would get £115.80 on my first payment... And that I should get it by Monday coming up.
I got a payment in my bank as I have just recently checked it, and I have got £57.90 in my bank plus whatever I had in there beforehand which I think was 91p.
Is this my first payment? As I don't know what to think now as got told two different things as to how much my first payment will be...

The first week of ESA is self certified. This will probably be the second weeks payments which will be one weeks payment. You should get the amount stated the next time you get paid.0 -
The first payment is always likely to be a one-off amount. This is because your pay day is on a set day of the week, every two weeks, and it is unlikely that the date you are claiming from will tie in perfectly with that day.
For example, if you claim on a Monday and your pay day will be a Thursday, your first payment will only be for 4 days rather than a full week.0
