Do people feel the thoughts being banded around also apply to Scotland? Are you buying and now less confident with your offer?

As always, offer what you think it's worth.0

I've been wondering about this too
I think it's the same as anywhere else - nobody knows, 'prices will fall', 'prices will rise', 'only buy now if it's your forever home', 'mortgages will be harder to get', 'interest rates will fall', 'interest rates will rise' - I've read all those things!
I had an offer accepted on a flat a few weeks ago, it's not very fancy and in an area where the prices are reasonable so any potential loss isn't as much as higher priced properties
I also can't be arsed traipsing about looking at more places, getting another mortgage etc
The only reason I can see anywhere going for less now is if people are desperate to sell/panicking the price might plumet, so maybe there will be some bargains kicking about, but as I say, at the price I'm buying at it wont be massive0
