Walkers Crisps/Doritos Game Ready UEFA Comp anyone had issues receiving prizes?

So I am just a little annoyed,
I went out of my way back in March to buy quite a few packs of Walkers Crisps due to the competition they were running with 'Game-Ready', as it was hourly, you enter a code from your pack and could win a football, Shirt or Snack Bowl...
Well at 6am I won quite a few items! (12 in total!) but great as I was planning to donate to my daughters school.
So, this was in March and I contacted them today as I have had no sign of said prizes arriving....
They called me back to say though I registered and selected UK, apparently subsequent code entries I must have selected Belgium and Luxembourg!!!???
I know you lot don't know me, but seriously, they is NO WAY I would have done this as I would have checked the detail!
I have gone back into the account I set up with Game Ready and it says 'UK' and from memory (as I didn't screen print every submission!) I only registered once (which they admit to being set up as the UK) and then had the option to enter the code each time!!
This was all done on my iphone, I can see in very small print now I have logged in to check and my 'residency' is indicated in the top right hand corner (as UK).
Not even near to the choices Luxembourg or Belgium!
But the point is,.....they are now saying I cant have my prizes because of this as they are in a different 'market' and I said I was abroad!!!
I am so mad!
I wonder what (if any) consumer rights I might have with this situation? the lady has been very polite, but insisting the blame is with me, which seems unfair, as I indicated/selected UK when prompted as they confirm on their records,....and something happened during the process of entering each code that changed this to something else as I definitely didn't!
She is calling me back next week - as she possibly might have 1 shirt she can send me!!??? and potentially something else for my troubles but she didn't say.....
So, any one have any legal advice in terms of whether I am entitled to argue this further? has anyone else had issues/not received prizes? or should I just crawl back under my rock! (Not in Belgium!)
Thanks
Leah
