Siemens (my OH works for them) sent email today saying nothing happening "imminently" and would be examining their options but they very clearly said Wednesday they wanted UK to stay in EU. Reading between the lines I think there may be a move or two on the cards. They employ a lot of UK staff and invest a lot in the UK. Who knows though. They will be watching negotiations I guess.

the memo said nothing and your preformed views were unchanged

Not about job losses, but the CEO of the company I work for sent an email round to say that a loss in business is expected in the next 2 years... maybe job losses are to come??? Who knows, just wait and see...

I guess they are not exporters then as the weaker pound has just made UK exports 5% more competitive than they were a week ago....

Where I work (public service in education) we have had voluntary redundancies and compulsory redundancies all this year and they are still going on. Nothing to do with brexit.
