Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only. Employees of Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, Tesco plc, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Guests under the age of 18 must have parental/legal guardian consent to take part in the prize.

No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.

This promotion opens on 08.06.16 and closes at 23:59 on 28.06.16. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid.

A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day and a maximum of 1 prize will be awarded per household.

Selecting the Winners and Runners Up

801 names will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions on the following 3 draw dates:

1st Draw – 15 June 2016
2nd Draw – 22 June 2016
3rd Draw – 29 June 2016


On each Draw Date:

the first name drawn will be the Main Prize winner and will receive 1 x Football Final Party Pack;

the next 100 names drawn will receive an Adidas Performance EURO 16 TOP REPLICA football;

the next 200 names drawn will receive a Coca-Cola Pop Up Goal;

and the last 500 names drawn will each receive a Coca-Cola Mini football.

Notification and delivery of the prize

All winners will be contacted by telephone, text or email from using the contact details provided on entry to this promotion with instructions of how to claim their prize.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the 3 x Main Prize winners via telephone within 3 working days of the draw date. If the Promoter has not been able to successfully make contact within those 3 working days, the Promoter will continue to try to make contact with the relevant winner twice a day until 23:59 on:
21.06.16 for the winner drawn in the First Draw Date
28.06.16 for the winner drawn in the Second Draw Date
04.07.16 for the winner drawn in the Third Draw Date

The winners will also be left a voice message asking them to call a number to claim the prize. In order to claim the prize package, winners will be required to respond to the relevant notifications or otherwise call any prize claim line given, or answer one of the calls no later than the dates given above.

If a Main prize winner has not responded to notification as detailed in clause 14, or if a winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize package for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Main prize winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. Should the prize package not be claimed by a reserve winner by 23:59 on 7th July 2016, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the relevant prize package.

Runner Up Prizes : The runners up will be notified within 5 working days of being selected via text message. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 28 days or the winner is in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.

If a Main prize winner or Runner up is deemed ineligible during the above processes, the prize package or Runner Up prize will be forfeited.
The Main prizes will be dispatched to the winners by courier by no later than 8th July 2016. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Where winners are notified that someone must be present to accept delivery the prize, winners must ensure that they or their nominee is present to do so. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.

The Runner Up prizes will be dispatched to winners by Royal Mail by no later than 31st August 2016. General

The winners and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize package.

Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to entrants.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.

The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.

By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

Winners may be required to take part in publicity relating to this promotion.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion.
