Balance transfer card?

Hi guys
Really looking for some help!!!
I have a credit card (£1500 on it)
Partner has a card (£1500 on it)
An overdraft (£600)
And a loan (£2300)
We pay the payments each month from our joint account but the interest is killing us... If it wasn't for interest they would all be clear!!!
Could I get a balance transfer card and clear all debt and just pay off one bigger debt so to speak?!?
Any advice welcome please!!!

You'd need a money transfer option for all but the cards.0

So a money transfer card for the loan and overdraft and a balance card for the credit cards?0

Or money transfer for both - what you do with the money is up to you so you can pay off the cards, do whatever is cheapest / most convenient.0
