I posted something that I need to be seen by as many people as possible, however the privacy was set to "only my friends" and a couple of people shared it. I then learned that due to the privacy settings, still only the people who I want to see it can do even though it had been shared. I thought everyone on the sharer's timeline could see it - not the case?
Anyhow, I changed the privacy to allow public to see it, so will this change who can see the post which has already been shared?

Excellent. It would have been a bit pointless people sharing it and then none of their friends being able to see it!0
