Best Savings Rate

Hi All,
We just finished our 10% savings rate with the Halifax and are looking to move the account somewhere else
Where is the best rate currently? This is for our toddlers savings account and as such she gets her child benefit paid into it along with a few quid on an adhoc basis

A&L currently offering 14% regular savings rate if you take out life assurance if you have premier account.
Otherwise 12% if you open a new premier current account.0
