ING finally woke up and started to smell the coffee?

Just logged in to my 'very little left in it' ING account to be greeted with a customer satisfaction survey. Never had one of those before, guess they are starting to get a tad worried about the outflow of funds.....
So I gave it a go and guess what, it is very heavily geared to "have you moved money out of ING and if so, why". I felt it was obviously my duty to tell them exactly why in as many words as necessary :rotfl:
Think they might finally be getting the message that they're out of touch.
Give it a go if you still have an ING account

They had one about a year ago claiming that they had 98% customer satisfaction. At that time they p1ssed me off from the outset as i started my account application online but initially abandoned it half way through but when i went into do my online application again, they had retained my incomplete details and insisted i now had to do it all by post.0
