What tool do I need for this job?

In my back garden there is a concrete ramp, that was used for wheelchair access and there are also metal hand rails either side of the ramp that are fixed to the ramp.
I want to get rid of it all. I think I need something to break up the concrete ramp, but what do I use to cut up the rails? Would I use an angle grinder or a reciprocating saw? If not these, what would be the best electric tool for the job?
Thanks for your help

Angle grinder will be fine. Get a scrap metal guy to take it away for free0

An angle grinder, reciprocating saw or a disc cutter will all do the job fine. Angle grinders are by far the cheapest of the 3 to buy!0

Though not as cheap as a hacksaw with an HSS blade!0

Angle grinder it is. Not up to the hacksaw solution, sounds like very hard work!0

Make sure you get cutting discs, not grinding discs and make sure you get ones for the correct material...and put them on the right way!0
