    It does seem like they might've been waiting for the referendum result. I hope they don't back out, fingers crossed for you.

    They backed out. I had a call from the Estate Agent today. They didn't give a reason. The person I'm buying from is putting his house back on the market as well.

    Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll get a buyer quicker than the vendor and you'll be able to complete the chain again.


    Shout if you want any advice on the property particulars (put your armour on and take it graciously though lol - some get offended; others listen and get their property sold. People can come across a tad harsh at times ;)).
