It works out quite nicely compared to the standard prices:
£68.00 single occupancy per night (reduced from £180)
£78.00 double occupancy per night (reduced from £200)
£88.00 triple occupancy per night (reduced from £220)

It's a delegate rate for people attending the "All the Cool Stuff" conference there. Hopefully OP is the organiser and not a delegate. Whilst I don't imagine they'll turn you away I doubt the hotel will be too impressed with this being posted on various forums.

A limited number of hotel reservations will be available shortly at substantial discounts for Roll Out Roll Call attendees.
I guess if there has not been much take up they may honour the rate for non-attendees but doubt this rate is intended to be used by those not attending the event

either way, I doubt it was meant to be advertised as a special bargain on hotdeals etc
