Multiple cards to help credit report?

Hi,
Am I correct in thinking so long as they're correctly managed a handful of credit cards will improve your credit report faster/better than just 1?
I got accepted for an aqua card 1 month ago and the plan was to just spend a little each month and pay off in full via direct debit. Is it too soon to apply for another?
Also I was thinking to just go for the easiest cards to get as there's less chance of rejection and the Apr doesn't matter if you pay off in full.

I wouldn't worry about more than a couple. One will do the job just as well though, for credit building purposes.0

Paying all of your obligations on time will improve your credit files - this will include amongst others mortgage, rent, utilities, mobile phones, any loans, catalogues and store cards and yes credit cards.
On their own I don't think they will make that much of a difference.
There is no magic wand to ''speed'' up the process.0 -
I always pay all other bills on time. I just thought if I was managing say 3 credits cards perfectly it would look better than if I was managing 1 perfectly0
