Hi,
Am I right in thinking that a 0% balance transfer card includes cash to bank account? I.e to pay a loan off quicker, can I get a 0% card BT to my account pay the loan and save on interest?:D

Only a small number of credit card providers allow a "money" transfer, MBNA being one.0

No, most balance transfer cards are for card-to-card transfers only - what you're looking for is usually referred to as a money transfer card, see the MSE guide for further details.
Bear in mind that you're likely to struggle to get one of these cards if you have defaults that are already limiting your options, as per your other thread.0 -
