Copying of YouTube Videos

Hi, I hope I have posted in the right place, I am hoping for some advice please . . .
I have a YouTube channel and have been approached by an American college who would like to use one of my videos in their classes however as my video doesn't have closed captioning they can't use it, so they have asked if they can copy it, add the closed captioning (which they would give me a copy of to use on my channel), then upload the video to their Vimeo account to use in lessons.
I appreciate that by them uploading the video to the Vimeo account I won't benefit from any views but I am thinking of requesting that I am credited with a link back to my channel.
I don't have a problem with this in principle as I like the idea that my video can help some people in class. Although my channel is monetised I haven't really made any money but I hope the credit and link may bring in additional views.
Is there any reason that I haven't thought of as to why I should say yes, no or include in my response?
Many thanks for any feedback in advance.

Can you not agree under the condition they they allow you to upload the video, once they have added the closed-captions?
Or do they want it on their account so that students can find it?0 -
I'll ask them, the email is worded that it would need to be on Vimeo, presumably so it's all in one place, but I'll ask them if I can upload it. Thank youThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Does the video contain your details in it like a credit at the end? If not you could add some frames to it with your details at the end or use some software to add it on top of the existing video. Ask to be properly credited in Vimeo so it includes a link back to your channel or elsewhere if more relevant.0

Hi, the video has the web address for my blog on the screen for the majority of the clip, and the blog is about the videos, so that should work out ok. They have come back to me saying they will credit me and link back to my channel so I think that sounds good, hopefully it will drive more traffic for other videos this way!
