need income from 15/16 and 16/17 to calculate
this may help https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tax-credits-entitlement-table-working-at-least-16-hours-and-no-childcare/tax-credits-entitlement-table-working-at-least-16-hours-and-no-childcare0 -
Assumptions made - income the same for both years, working 30+hrs and no childcare or disabilities - £67 per week.0

You'd need to provide an estimate of this tax year's income of changing income during the year.0 -
Assuming 15K last year and 24.5k this year due to the income rise disregard of 2.5K, entitlement will be based on income of 22K.
Assuming no childcare costs either, you should get payments of about £85 a week.0 -

The OP said due to start a new job so income wouldn't be £24,500 for the full tax year.0 -

The tax year is 6th April 2016 to 5th April 2017 so how much do you expect to earn in that period
That's what you'll need to tell tax credits.0
