Long time to set up Clearscore account?

I registered for a Clearscore account and the final page said thank you for registering please email us some ID to complete the process.


I did this about a week ago now and have not heard a thing from them, I have also sent them an email and have not received a reply.


Does it normally take this long?

    I'm really sorry that you haven't been able to access your account yet. It usually takes 5 working days before your identification documents are reviewed, however you should have heard back now.
