Sorry I don't know the ins and outs of commercial property, was working on the basis it was a flat or house.
Saying that still seek a solicitors advice as you will want to know what is outstanding when you make your bid.0 -
Thanks Ulfar it's definitely worth knowing any outstanding amount payable by the buyer. I was thinking initially that I'll get a solicitor after my bid is accepted but it might be prudent to have one on my side now to look at the legal side of things before I make any commitment.

Just because it's freehold doesn't mean there can't be service charges, often a freehold will contain covenants to pay the services charges of the estateChanging the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
