ESA help!!!

Options
Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help please?

I've been in support group for ESA since it migrated from incapacity benefit. I got my decision letter last Monday letting me know this would continue but nowhere does it say for how long.
It tells me how much my payments will be and says from 4th June until 2nd December.

I've rung them a million times and have vivaldis 4 seasons ingrained on my brain but I cannot get through to them, I'm hoping this doesn't mean my award is just for 6 months? It takes 3 months to do the form and gather evidence!!
Can anyone offer any advice?
My next step is to write to them but history tells me they don't respond to letters either.
I only want to know how long my award is for...
Has anyone else recen,th been awarded ESA support group with a definite period?

I think the December date is something to do with the Christmas Bouns & sure I've had similar in the past, my ESA didn't then end/ be re-assessed.

They don't give on the letters date of re-assessment, for that you'll have to phone so keep trying.

Is there an online form you can fill out requesting a call back?

Yes it's the date of the Christmas bonus. You will go back to normal amount the week after.

Posting a thread of your own (maybe in the Benefits & Tax Credits section) will increase visibility and should get replies from those who can help.

    Try -

    Shelter
    Your local CAB
    Write to MP
    Stepchange
    Council Housing Options
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.
