Help anyone out there. I have tried to download all the links on here with no success. I am a senior and a woman so God help me. I tried to download the inspector one and went out and left it in the hands of my hubby who is more computer illiterate than me. I came back and it showed in all programmes so I tried to access it and it stated there was a file missing. So |I thought I would uninstall it and just download it again. It keeps saying over and over again that the downloads are complete for all the suggestions on here but I can't get them to work and when I go into all programmes none of them are showing up. Anyone understand what I am trying to say and do please help. In the bar under the address bar it shows card recover, convar, photo recovery but it just keeps showing the same screen with the download on it and I can't seem to get it to open then I download again and a message comes up downloads complete but again I cannot get into them. Help anyone please.
