Gloopy (bottom of tin) water based paint - ok to use?

I have some Johnstones Aqua undercoat & gloss left over from a job i was doing about 2 years ago. Perhaps 1/3 tin of undercoat & 1/2 tin of gloss.
I'd left them stored in the shed (through winter, summer & winter again). No doubt this is wrong but i don't have unlimited storage in the house so it was the only place.
Opening it up there was 'water' formed on top which was a little yellow.
I have a paddle mixer for the drill so i just attached that & mixed it up for a good 5 mins (excessive no doubt).
The majority of the paint 'looks' like it did, but at the bottom it's quite gloopy. If i stick a screwdriver in there & scrape the bottom it attaches to the screwdriver in clumps.
But like i said - the rest of it is ok. Only the base that is like this.
Should this stuff be ok (perform as well as it should) to use (until i get to the base) or have i just described useless paint?
I know Furts, i should've detailed it & given more detail, but that's as much as i can detail

Paint separates out over time and the heavier bulking agent accumulates at the bottom. Given a good stir it should be fine - it may not be exactly the same consistency as new but given the cost of good paint these days I wouldn't waste it.For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0
