I wonder if anyone can give advice-I bought a racing car experience as a present but it expired and I am told I have no rights to extend or get a refund-the expiry was 10 months -not the usual 12 months and the company is not out of pocket by our mistake.Do we have any rights because we have not received this???Replies very wecome-Thanks!!!!

As above, all of these "vouchers/offers" clearly state the time frame to be used by and it is up to the person to make sure they abide by those times so you do not have a leg to stand on.*0

Where is it stated that the "usual" expiry is 12 months? The period is whatever it says in the T&Cs, be that 10 days or 10 years, or in your case, 10 months.0
