St. Helens college parking eye

Hi. First let me say I've read the newbie thread and already have the appeal template copied and ready.

I got a letter through today saying I had been on the college car park for 1 hour 32 minute (whilst I did my theory test).

1. I do not know what part is the college part. I was opposite the parking spaces next to Pizza Hut

2. There aren't any pay and display

3. It doesn't say I've over stayed. Just says i was on private land and appropriate permit/authorisation was needed.

It just says I entered at 8:14 and left at 9:47.

Also it's addressed to Mr T Hart and my name is Leigh. My logbook says T Hart though. (Obvious mistake, nothing dodgy)

So do I just send them that appeal template via email and go from there?

Many thanks

yes, just send the blue text appeal, online , as keeper, do not reveal who was driving
  • Thanks. Do I use the parking eye website to appeal? If so use my name etc in the information?

yes, because they already have your details from the dvla , so add the pcn number, name , address, and appeal, choosing KEEPER as I said (not DRIVER)
  • Yes I thought that but wanted to check. After reading the newbie thread I already chose to put keeper not driver :)

    Many thanks.
