    Write to HSBC . They took over Endeavour. I have been struggling with this for years and come back to it now and again. They say as Endeavour were not the broker and Ocean Finance were they are not responsible. The Ocean Finance at that time 2002 in my case, did not belong to the right authority and are therefore not liable. I will keep trying though. I am looking for a case that shows someone has been successful as this was a lot of money and now I review all my paperwork I cannot believe how much I spent on this on such a short term loan. IT was a big loan.
