BT Terrible Service - What do I do?

Can anyone help. I've been trying to set up a new connetion at a new property with BT for a month now. In that time I've made loads of phone calls and sent emails to their complaints dept. to no avail. They've cut my phone off at my existing address then reinstated it but not the Broadband. I've been paying for this the whole time! I've had people promise to call back but they don't, I've had people say too much is happening on my account and they don't want to get involved so I shoud wait for someone to call back, I've had notification that my phone and broadband will be switched off again at my existing address but when I emailed them to stop it the response was 'No I won't cancel this order. What is the surname of the person you spoke to last'. BT are literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with personally or professionally!
