Tesco credit card limit transfer

Hi All
Just a quick question, i have already got a tesco credit card since last 2 years with £5500 limit but i got attracted by the new 40 month money transfer card and when i applied i got it successfully but the limit is only £2000, so is it possible to transfer my credit limit from my other tesco card to this new one, to make use of 40 month money transfer.

Transfer the balance from one to the other? No.
Transfer the credit limit? I don't know but I'd be very surprised if you can.Please note that any posts that I make on here are based on my personal opinion, experience and what I have read.0 -

Not sure about Tesco but this is what MBNA allowed me to do when I applied for one of their other cards.0 -
Tesco wouldn't let me switch limits around when I got my second card recently.0
