well done ....:j
but may I please ask as to the reason you do not want to post it up?

It's a PDF and it's got the keepers details on it (not me). I can't find the original document before I converted to PDF. When I find the original I will edit to remove personal details and save again as PDF, then post it up. Hope that makes sense 😊0

Did you win because POPLA said the NTK misstated the 29 day period for keeper liability? That's what we've been winning on all Summer v PP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No reason given. It just said Premier Park won't contest the appeal so we have won and don't need to pay the charge.0

typical PPC not wanting to rebut a well organised forum aided appeal
they just want to catch the easy prey who dont fight back

Great! Well done for taking the leap of faith and seeing it through.

Should've spoke to the church, surely they'd have forgiven you ?0

Perhaps the penny has finally dropped with Premier Park and they now accept that they will lose at Popla when they include the liability flaw on their NTK.
Hopefully they will withdraw/ lose at Popla for the pcn's they issued to some of the wedding party in the thread below.
