Should I take my Solicitor to an Ombudsman

To put things into context i will bullet point everything as there is a lot of information. We are near completion, fingers crossed it will actually be this week as i have already booked the annual leave off work. - My partner and I are buying a new build home with a shared ownership scheme - We started the process early…

but YOU cannot complain about the lenders solicitor, you are not their client.

you can complain about YOUR solicitor, who is being held up by the lenders one, but yours seems to have done nothing wrong...

You paid them to represent you in the purchase, which they have done, that is where their responsibility and duty starts and ends.
