New Sky TV Customer - How to get the best deal?

Much against my better judgement, I will soon be signing up for Sky TV and broadband with the sports channels add on.
My partner is moving in and is currently with Virgin but I don't live in a cabled area so it has to be Sky. I currently have Plusnet broadband and Freesat. I'm out of contract.
So, it is better to do it all online through Quidco or call them up and negotiate? How will I get the best deal?
