Ao.com integrated washing machine installation

My integrated washing machine has broken and I'm going to order a new one from Ao.com

Me and my husband had a go at getting the old machine out but it seems pretty wedged in and I can't see it will come out without removing adjoining cupboards etc.

Ao charge £90 install fee which I'm happy to pay but I'm worried when they arrive they will say it's too much work involved to install. My question is, has anyone had a 'difficult' integrated machine install done by Ao.com for the £90 install fee?
