    I wouldn't.

I can't see a leap in house prices on a remain vote but goodness only knows what a Leave vote means.

    Higher.

If you are putting up £x in security and borrowing £y then the larger figure £x-y is the lower risk a borrower you are so a better potential rate is available or you can simply borrow more and SKI it away.

I was going to point out that today is Monday, and the referendum is on Thursday, so I doubt you could get a valuation done in the meantime.

P.S. The referendum on Thursday is the second referendum. The first was 41 years ago.

A leave means that come June 24th we will still be members of the EU same goes for June 2017 and 2018, only by 2019 will we be free of the shackles of the EU

These shackles, that have seen us grow as a healthy country for 40 years. These shackles that you presumably didn't notice until the dailymail told you how to think? Can you answer a simple question with honesty:

5 years ago, what specific EU laws or shackles did you think about in your daily life that were negatively impacting you?
