So sorry I disappeared for a while, I felt well enough to have my mirtazapine dropped from 45mg to 30mg and then two weeks later the doctor tried to cut me down again to 15mg:eek::eek: I then had major anxiety and panic attacks start up again (i'd actually forgotten how horrible they are) So I'm back on 30mg and feeling a lot better. On the plus side since I've dropped a dose I've lost weight:j

sorry to hear this Bagpss but glad to hear you are on the mend now. Every cloud and all that!

ally glad to hear work was good. Sure it's nothing you can't handle!

BTW where's cat and ziggy? Haven't seen them the last few days...

    Evening all :)
Thanks for the start Legomum :)
Horrible weather today until well after lunch, when it brightened up a bit. Quite nice now, but of course, too late to peg the washing out :(

    For me today:
Haircut for dog, so not a NSD for me today
Walked dog locally after grooming, had a good look around a pretty village I had only really driven through before :)
    Nothing else spend though :)
Sold something on ebay, now wrapped up and ready to post in the morning :)
Went to sales unit to tidy up. A few bits went over the weekend :)Learned that I will be vacating my large unit at the end of this month, and taking on a much smaller one - will need to start moving stuff out after the weekend as there is such a lot in there
    HM meals from stores
OH went fishing this afternoon and came back with 3 big trout, all gutted and filleted now (by him, not me I hasten to add!) Two in the freezer, and one to share for dinner tomorrow :)
    Did a couple of surveys
Texted code from HMRC to accountant, so that she can work on my accounts. Must get this stuff to her this week.
Watered salads in little greenhouse thing

    Have a good holiday La E :)
Take care bagpuss - good news on the weight loss though :)
DNMS, I really need to do this in my house - wish I had your energy :o

Right, better do some more ebay listing. Have a nice evening everybody :)

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi All

Havent been online all day just nipping in to catch up now. They let MIL out of hospital today, not yesterday as we had hoped initially. She has to take 10 different kinds of meds which is a bit awful. And return for the laser treatment soon.
    Small things for today
    - Fed everyone the same meal but adapted ours after the children had eaten
    - Have had another ebay sale & bid on another item so thats good
    - Have formatted my old phone ready to send off to envirophone
    - Checked banking
    - Heard back from mortgage advisor re BTL remortgage. Great rate & a saving of almost £300 per month. Just have to dot i's and t's now
    - Made extra portion of spag bol for OH's lunchbox tomorow

    Think thats it.

Glad you had a better day LegoMum I felt very down after my hospital stay and it took me around 2 weeks to feel normal again. Btw DD liked softplay & had a lovely 4 year old doting on her and trying to give her rice cakes and biscuits :)

Lego mum Thank you for starting the thread this morning. Sorry to read you were feeling so low yesterday, hopefully things will start to get better once you have resumed exercising.

Bagpuss Happy to read you are feeling a lot better. When I was on antidepressants the support group I went to advised us to take it very slowly and give ourselves plenty of time to adapt to the decreased dose, we were generally encouraged to give it a few months between each drop and only drop when we truly felt we were ready. I hope your health continues to improve to a stage where medication is no longer needed. Please look after yourself and do what is right for you.

Ally Glad to hear you survived your first day.

It has been raining for days here, but as soon as we had hung all the washing on the airer it started to brighten up, it was very overcast a couple of times and eventually we had a lovely evening, I even managed to pop out there and do a spot of much needed weeding. I didn't bother rehanging the washing outside as I thought that would bring the rain back :rotfl:

I have been accepted on to Royal Mail surveys, start this week, thank you for bring it to my attention, it should work well for us as myself and the children are based at home but with frequent trips out and about. If anyone has any hints or tips they will be greatly received :)

This morning I went to the market to buy the majority of this week's F&V then I popped to Aldi to buy the rest of the things on our list including some super6 F&V. I've also checked the bank accounts everything as it should be. Library books renewed, a vat of porridge made along with a loaf of bread. I have used the car twice today (market and children's gym class) and we have spent money groceries and gym class, but I have only spent and driven as planned.

Wow Bob that is a huge saving a month, just think if you were able to through it all at the debt you would have it paid off in no time :D

Write the date you need to post, the time and where you need to post under the gummy envelope flap. Leave the envelope unsealed til posting day. That way you can label the envelopes without the postie realising it's a survey letter. Better than labelling it on the front or juggling post it notes. Also I take my phone to the post box and photograph my watch so I know what time I posted each item.
