LIFT scheme(Scotland) question

Hi all!
I'm looking for anyone that has been in a similar situation as me.
I am about to apply for the LIFT scheme here in Edinburgh and was told by my mortgage advisor I might only get a 3 bed ( 2 bed + living room) yet there is myself plus partner, my terminally ill uncle and little sister who is still studying at college.
I am now extremely worried.
Is there anyone who has been in a similar situation?
Thanks in advance

I assume there aren't sufficient bigger properties available or you aren't earning enough?
You might have a problem.
I found this http://www.gov.scot/Topics/Built-Environment/Housing/BuyingSelling/lift/nsse/ but no idea if this is what you applied for and what criteria they are using.
It might be that this scheme isn't suitable for you. I know when I was looking for shared ownership (in England) years ago.., there weren't many available. I don't think that's improved.
But not familiar as its a Scottish scheme. I hope an expert comes along.0
