Faulty Phone on Contract with Three.

I took out a contract with Three on the 4th of June, over the course of the month I have noticed that the phone has been getting rather hot towards the bottom of the screen, However I noticed that the LCD has gone green in the warm spot! (Can easibly be seen on any black/dark background)

Normally I would go down the warranty route but at only 20 days old, surely there is a problem here?

Where do I even start with trying to get a replacement from Three?

General rule of thumb - contact whoever you bought the phone from first (not a chat board).

Normally I would go back to where /i bought it but that was in the middle of England whilst I live in the middle of Scotland, Don't fancy a 800 mile round trip for a phone!

There is a service called Royal Mail who will take your item from you and take it the 400 miles and give it to the person at the other end for a small charge.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
