Windows 10 question

Just a quick question. I was using GWX Control Panel on Dad's laptop and I decided to delete Windows 10 altogether. I deleted Windows 10 download folder but there is still a hidden folder.

How do I get rid of it altogether?

    And what is the folder called?

    In most cases, Windows 7/8/8.1 will download temporary files ready to install Windows 10 (or call the install files).

    In other cases Windows will "seed" these install files to other computers around the world top help the load on the Windows servers.

    Just had a thought. Would it make a difference if I set Windows 10 to show hidden files and folders? Maybe it would see it then.

    I don't know what's it's called. Just when I run delete Windows 10 files it comes back 0 files deleted.

    Where are you going to "run delete Windows 10 files"?

    If 0 files have been removed, there's no files to remove.

    But it's still saying 2.3gb of files detected or something like that detected. Can't remember the exact figure.
