Thanks for email - have already had debt collector letter and online appeal system said I was too late to appeal as debt collector had been contacted. Will email them right now!

You will get rubbish back. Concentrate on the retailers/landowner.

I have had no response from UKPC appeal by email - but another DRP letter. Do I complain to BPA about lack of response? I have had a 'nothing to do with us' from one retailer to which I replied asking for the name of the landowner and for email to be passed on and no r no response from other retailer where I have escalated the complaint. Any advice now please?

UKPC have 35 days to respond to your initial appeal with th either a cancellation of the ticket (ho ho) or a rejection with a POPLA code, so unless 35 days have elapsed, you need to hang on for that.

They should not be passing this to debt collectors while the charge is still being appealed - so a strong complaint to the BPA is warranted.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
