Clydesdale bank.

Hi all, I've had a bit of a scare. I've been posting about it on mortgage page. Let's just say I'm committed to getting my card
And very account paid off... (Need to remortgage) Both interest rates horrific...

Before I had my my wake up moment I got a thing on one of my credit checking things saying I have an 80% chance of being accepted for this card and I would save if I transferred etc. So, I did it. Now they have written me a letter to say that they need me to ring them to confirm details.. Is this a good sign? I just want my cards paid off. I can't believe that I let the balance get that high. Thanks for reading folks xx

if you want the card then yes, i would say it sounds like you are likely to get the account open as you requested..
haven't read the other thread, but if you have a balance that is costing you interest then if you have a chance to transfer all/part of it to a 0% card then it is a good move and can help you to get the balance paid off.
